Client satisfaction

  • Clients' profits are more important than short-term high earnings for OBA;
  • OBA presents quality products to its clients at low prices;
  • Our clients pay for quality product, not for label and mark of product;
  • Our clients may return any product they have bought within 15 days. Shopping receipt shall be presented for it;
  • If expired products are detected during shopping period in our market, a new product will be presented;
  • If price of any product is declared cheap related to print error in our market, this price is also valid at cashbox;
  • If shelf price differs from cash exit price in our market (if barcode, brand name, unit of measurement and quantity are the same), the cheapest price is valid.
