Dear neighbor, are you ready for Fairy-tale Days?!

From December 1 to 31, every 10 AZN purchase at OBA will bring you closer to your dreams!

With OBA you have the chance to win every day. From December 1 to 31, every day 3 winners will receive OBA bonus cards worth 50, 50, and 100 AZN respectively; every week 1 winner will receive an iPhone 17 Pro! And in the grand draw, a 2025 Changan Q05 awaits you! So join the lottery and be among the winners!

How can I participate in the lottery?

You need to make a minimum purchase of 10 AZN, which gives you 1 chance to participate. The more you shop, the more chances you earn. For example: if you spend 40 AZN, you get 4 chances; if you spend 65 AZN, you get 6 chances.
If the participant has an OBA Plus mobile app account and makes a purchase using the app, they automatically receive chances in the lottery. If they don’t have the app, they can download it and scan the VAT QR code or enter the Fiscal code from the receipt directly through the button inside the app. If the participant does not have an OBA Plus account in the app, they must complete the registration process in the registration panel on https://lotoreya.oba.com.az/. The VAT QR code (or Fiscal code) on the receipt must be scanned and entered into the “My chances” section on the website. After registration, they can continue tracking their chances in the mobile app.
Only individuals aged 18 and above can participate in the lottery.
To track your chances, you must download the OBA mobile app and register.
Alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products are not eligible. If the total amount of the receipt excluding these items is 10 AZN or more, you can still earn chances.
Participants must keep their purchase receipts until the final day of each draw.
